Terms and Conditions

 Downpayment of at least 30% of the amount due must be paid on the scheduled
date of the picture taking and the remaining balance to be paid in full upon
delivery of the order.
 Release of ID will be a minimum of (1) one month from the date of picture taking
for elementary and high school pupils and (2) two weeks for day care pupils.
 The names and details of the pupils to be written on their ID will be based on the
list given by the school so it is imperative that the list be written legibly or
computerized. If ever there will be errors on our part, we will readily replace it.
But if the error is on the part of the teacher, we will replace it but with an
additional cost.
 In those instances that a particular pupil is absent on the date of the picture
taking, we will set a new date for picture taking of those who were absent. After
that, there will be no more picture taking.
 In cases where a pupil has missed all picture taking sessions, the adviser can take
the pupils’ picture and message us in our FB page (PHILAMFEL Computer
Services). Nevertheless, he/she can ask the parents for a picture taking at our
shop in front of the Provincial Library in Zone 3, Bangued.
 We highly enjoin the adviser/teacher to be considerate and patient to us because
there will be instances that we will be texting or calling them to clarify some
details.
