The twin towers of the Petroleum company of Malaysia

( Petronas )or Twin Towers are one of the highest towers in the
world. The height of each tower 88 floors ( 452 meters above
sea level ) . The construction area is 341 760 square meters.
At a height of 170 meters, a 58.4-meter-long suspended bridge
connects the twin towers on floors 41 and 42. The bridge is
supported by sloping arms at both ends of the bridge and
anchored in the two towers. The length of one arm is 42.6
meters and each weighs 60 tons
Each tower has 29 speed elevators running at a speed of 3.5 to
7 meters per second. In addition, there are 10 electrical ladders
in the complex that facilitate the movement of the traffic within
the twin towers
In addition to the above, the two towers were destroyed with a
stainless steel layer of 65,000 square meters of steel sheets. A
total of 77,000 square meters of glass were used. As for
construction, 160,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete were
used, in addition to 13,200 cubic meters of reinforced concrete
that were used as foundations on each tower of the Twin
Towers, which is equivalent to 32.550 thousand tons.
