Curriculum 2013 is following a system the learning of completing and the learning of system
which serve student of different individual. In curriculum 2013 has been gotten program an
enrichment which is a program given detail or adding experience to student who go through the
complete of studying by curriculum.
Module enrichment of development the preparation and dish of Indonesian food is about ethnic
tengger of food. This research was development using Sugiyono model. Test validation, test a
product, and test take food was done for knowing module enrichment is suitable develop wuth
using instrument a date aggregation is inquiry by date quantitative and date qualitative.
The validation result material of expert (Head of ethnic tengger for west) can be declared valid
get score 100% with suggest to repairing material content. The validation by material of expert
(instructor) can be declared valid get score 83,93% with suggest to repairing content material.
The validation by material of expert (teacher) can be declared valid get score 89,29% with
suggest to repairing sontent material. The result media of expert can be declared valid get score
95% with repairing cover book. The validation result expert of bahasa can be declared valid get
score 95,83% with suggest to repairing using grammar. The result test a product can be declared
valid get score 92,50% with suggest to repairing a size image of book. The result test using
product can be declared get score 92,88% not suggest to repairing a product.
The conclusion to module enrichment of development is it has been completed to be used from
the material correct, appropriate material, easy use media, and appropriate words and grammar.
