was found with photographs of damaged areas.

Introduction
In the following document the practices carried out in the workshop one machine
area of the Technological University of Aguascalientes is displayed.
Practice on visual inspection was performed to the machinery and reporting the
results obtained in the following report.

Experimental Method
Equipment used:
It was on the machine that was assigned to us.

Name of the machine: 1 milling.

Brand: ARBOGA MASKINER AB.
Model: U 08 250
Serial Number: 330786E.
Voltage: 220.
RPM: 1710
Experimental Procedure
To make us practice is assigned a router located in the workshop 2 milling machining
or milling machine bears the name label 1.

Once assigned the machinery began with the visual inspection machine inspection
was found with photographs of the damaged areas and the following is reported

Results
The defects were found with visual inspection were as shown below:
I. The router is not stable as it lacks the screws on the floor or
work area.
II. The Workspace is in poor condition (it is boring).

III. There are security guards in the workplace

IV. The drill is sure messed not strong enough to support

the drill and slides time to be working.
V. It takes some screws same machinery as security.

These are the results found in the milling machine

shop and with that visual inspection was completed.

Conclusion
Visual inspection is the primary method for detecting faults in equipment
and even in some process in the industry, it is the first accurate way of
knowing that errors or defects have. That's how we manage to detect
errors that were in the mill and to report them and then take the correct
decision
