Charitable Purpose:
(a) To own maintain and operated the Patea District Rest Home in Patea.
(b) To provide a home away from home giving residents at all time high standard care with respect to their everyday
needs dignity
and individuality
(c) To provide a service that is co-ordinated with the Taranaki Area Health Board or other Authority and to liase with the
community health services in the area served by Patea District Rest Home
(d) To encourage members of the public of Patea and outlying areas of Taranaki served by the Trust to participate and
support the
work of the trust
(e) To collaborate, assist or contract with State Departments or agencies and other organisation and bodies in the
implementation
of policy, objectives or functions consistent with the objects of this deed.
(f) To accept real or personal property of whatever description and to carry out any specific trusts or activities attached
to such
property if consistent with the objects of this deed
(g) To do all such

The Trust is administered by a Board of Trustees comprising the Trustees for the time being of the Trust
