    GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED
    DURING THE PREPARATION OF
    BIOLOGY PROJECT

    GRADE XI & XII

    • The total no. of pages of Project report must be less than 15 written pages of
    foolscap size (A4 size).
    • The Proj ect report should be hand written.
    • The Project report should be prepared in a neatly bound simple folder.
    • The Project report should be developed and presented in the following order.

    1. COVER PAGE - Showing project title student information, school and year.
    2. LIST OF CONTENTS - with page numbers.
    3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - (Acknowledging the institution, offices and
    libraries visited and persons who have helped.
    4. Project overview - Purpose, Aim and Methodology. (articles, Question &
    Answers any, survey relevant).
    5. Chapters - with relevant headings.
    6. Summary & Conclusion - based on chapters (or findings).
    7. Bibliography: - Should possess title, pages referred, author, publisher, year
    of publication and website - address.
    8. All the photographs and sketches should bear heading and should be labeled.
