Introduction:

It is very necessary for the pupils to know

the use of the two verbs; verb to "be" and verb
to "have". Even if you obliged to explain it in
mother tongue because it is the principal key for
the pupils to know how to describe a person. In
addition, you should teach them wh-words
namely question words such as ( what, where,
when, who, how………… etc ).

Examples:

* We use how to ask about age and tall or

height:

‫كم عمرك‬ ?Age: * How old are you-1

Answer: I am 13.

‫? كم طولك‬Tall: * How tall are you-2

Answer: I am 1.30 m.

* We use who to ask about person:

‫من هذا الولد‬ ?who is that boy *

 * We use where to ask about place:

‫? أين هي‬where is she *

* We use when to ask about time or date:

‫? متى ولدت‬when was she born *

* We use what to ask about things and

name:

‫? ما هو فطورك أو‬things: * what is your lunch-1

‫? ما هو اسمك‬name: * what is your name-2

You replace pronoun "He" by "I" and write as
