FAQ of L drive:

Network drives:

Network drives are extra areas, located on another computer called a server, where your
computer can store data. Cables connect your computer to wires in your building and across
office and allow your computer to send and receive data to other computers.

Home Drive (H:\)

Every employee has a personal (H:\) drive that only they can access. This drives stores
data on a computer and is backed up nightly.

Organizational Drive (O:\) or (L:\)

The (L:\) drive can be accessed by everyone in the same department and is the best method
of sharing & securing documents within a departments. It is also backed up nightly.

1. Created the below new folders:

 Temp

o Temp Folder is accessible to everyone in the office, if you want to share


your data from one user to another user or Department, through L Drive it
should happened through Temp Folder.
o Please don’t relay and store the data on the Temp Folder as the data will
be automatically deleted every 24 Hours.
