1. Tag​ ​Game:​ ​Agawang​ ​Panyo


i. Players:​ ​Even​ ​number​ ​of​ ​members​ ​(Two​ ​Teams)
ii. Equipment:
■ Handkerchief
■ Chalk
iii. Objectives
■ Get​ ​the​ ​handkerchief​ ​from​ ​the​ ​referee​ ​and​ ​run​ ​back​ ​to​ ​the​ ​base​ ​without
being​ ​tagged​ ​by​ ​the​ ​opposing​ ​team
iv. Mechanics:
1. The​ ​facilitator​ ​will​ ​draw​ ​two​ ​parallel​ ​lines​ ​10-15m​ ​apart.​ ​The​ ​lines​ ​will
serve​ ​as​ ​bases​ ​for​ ​the​ ​two​ ​teams.
2. Form​ ​two​ ​groups;​ ​each​ ​member​ ​of​ ​the​ ​group​ ​should​ ​be​ ​assigned​ ​to​ ​a
number.​ ​ ​The​ ​two​ ​teams​ ​will​ ​face​ ​each​ ​other​ ​and​ ​its​ ​members​ ​should​ ​line
up​ ​according​ ​to​ ​their​ ​number.​ ​ ​A​ ​facilitator​ ​will​ ​be​ ​the​ ​referee​ ​in​ ​which
he/she​ ​will​ ​hold​ ​the​ ​handkerchief​ ​and​ ​he/she​ ​call​ ​the​ ​number​ ​of​ ​the
player.
3. The​ ​referee​ ​will​ ​stand​ ​in​ ​the​ ​middle​ ​of​ ​the​ ​players.​ ​He/she​ ​will​ ​call​ ​a
number​ ​and​ ​the​ ​members​ ​assigned​ ​to​ ​the​ ​called​ ​number​ ​will​ ​go​ ​to​ ​the
middle​ ​to​ ​get​ ​the​ ​handkerchief.​ ​ ​(Other​ ​members​ ​of​ ​the​ ​group​ ​may​ ​guard
the​ ​opposing​ ​team.)
4. The​ ​member​ ​that​ ​gets​ ​the​ ​handkerchief​ ​and​ ​goes​ ​back​ ​to​ ​his/her​ ​base
without​ ​being​ ​tagged​ ​by​ ​the​ ​opposing​ ​member​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​the​ ​point.​ ​If
he/she​ ​gets​ ​tagged,​ ​the​ ​point​ ​will​ ​go​ ​to​ ​the​ ​other​ ​team.
5. In​ ​case​ ​the​ ​members​ ​couldn't​ ​get​ ​the​ ​handkerchief,​ ​the​ ​referee​ ​may​ ​call
another​ ​number.​ ​ ​The​ ​team​ ​with​ ​the​ ​highest​ ​points​ ​wins.

2. Relay​ ​Game:​ ​Driving​ ​the​ ​Pig


a. Players:​ ​6​ ​per​ ​team
b. Equipment
i. 2​ ​plastic​ ​bottles
ii. 2​ ​umbrellas​ ​(approx.​ ​same​ ​length)
iii. At​ ​least​ ​4​ ​cones
c. Mechanics
i. One​ ​by​ ​one,​ ​players​ ​from​ ​each​ ​team​ ​must​ ​push​ ​a​ ​water​ ​bottle​ ​across​ ​an
obstacle​ ​course​ ​using​ ​only​ ​an​ ​umbrella.​ ​The​ ​team​ ​whose​ ​players​ ​finish
the​ ​obstacle​ ​first​ ​wins​ ​the​ ​game.
d. Rules
i. Players​ ​can​ ​only​ ​use​ ​their​ ​umbrella​ ​to​ ​move​ ​the​ ​bottles.
ii. Chalk​ ​lines​ ​will​ ​trace​ ​the​ ​path​ ​that​ ​the​ ​bottles​ ​can​ ​move​ ​on,​ ​the​ ​can​ ​only
touch​ ​the​ ​ground​ ​with​ ​chalk​ ​marks​ ​or​ ​else​ ​the​ ​player​ ​has​ ​to​ ​restart​ ​the
obstacle​ ​course.
iii. Players​ ​who​ ​do​ ​not​ ​push​ ​the​ ​bottles​ ​through​ ​the​ ​course​ ​properly​ ​(ex:​ ​skip
cones,​ ​bottles​ ​stray​ ​from​ ​chalk​ ​lines)​ ​will​ ​have​ ​to​ ​repeat​ ​the​ ​course​ ​from
the​ ​beginning
iv. Course:

3. Skill​ ​Game:​ ​Tumbang​ ​Preso


a. Players:​ ​4-9​ ​persons
b. Equipment:
i. Empty​ ​can​ ​or​ ​bottle
ii. Slipper​ ​or​ ​flat​ ​stone​ ​for​ ​each​ ​player​ ​(​pamato​)
iii. Chalk
c. Mechanics
i. The​ ​It​ ​guards​ ​the​ ​can​ ​while​ ​the​ ​others​ ​stay​ ​behind​ ​the​ ​line​ ​with​ ​their
pamatos​.​ ​The​ ​objective​ ​is​ ​for​ ​the​ ​players​ ​to​ ​hit​ ​and​ ​knock​ ​down​ ​the​ ​milk
can​ ​with​ ​the​ ​pamato​,​ ​and​ ​for​ ​the​ ​It​ ​to​ ​put​ ​back​ ​the​ ​can​ ​inside​ ​a​ ​small
circle​ ​a​ ​few​ ​meters​ ​away​ ​from​ ​the​ ​toe-line.​ ​When​ ​a​ ​player​ ​is​ ​tagged​ ​while
recovering​ ​their​ ​pamato​,​ ​they​ ​become​ ​the​ ​It.
d. Rules
i. The​ ​It​ ​is​ ​chosen​ ​by​ ​throwing​ ​the​ ​pamato​ ​to​ ​the​ ​line​ ​by​ ​all​ ​the​ ​players.
Whoever's​ ​pamato​ ​is​ ​farthest​ ​from​ ​the​ ​line​ ​is​ ​the​ ​It.
ii. The​ ​hitters​ ​will​ ​get​ ​ready​ ​at​ ​the​ ​back​ ​of​ ​the​ ​line​ ​and​ ​at​ ​a​ ​signal​ ​from​ ​the​ ​It,
the​ ​game​ ​starts.
iii. The​ ​pamato​ ​must​ ​be​ ​retrieved​ ​immediately​ ​once​ ​the​ ​can​ ​is​ ​knocked
down,​ ​the​ ​It​ ​will​ ​start​ ​putting​ ​it​ ​up​ ​inside​ ​the​ ​circle,​ ​the​ ​one​ ​tagged
becomes​ ​the​ ​It.
iv. When​ ​the​ ​can​ ​is​ ​hit​ ​and​ ​falls​ ​outside​ ​the​ ​circle​ ​but​ ​remains​ ​standing,​ ​the​ ​It
has​ ​the​ ​right​ ​to​ ​tag​ ​the​ ​hitter​ ​once​ ​the​ ​hitter​ ​leaves​ ​the​ ​toe-line.
v.The​ ​can​ ​may​ ​be​ ​kicked​ ​or​ ​knocked​ ​down​ ​under​ ​when​ ​it​ ​is​ ​outside​ ​the
circle.
vi. If​ ​a​ ​hitter​ ​is​ ​not​ ​able​ ​to​ ​retrieve​ ​his/her​ ​pamato​,​ ​the​ ​others​ ​can​ ​save
him/her​ ​by​ ​hitting​ ​the​ ​can.

4. Mind​ ​Game:​ ​Bugtong​ ​(Riddles)
a. Materials
i. 2​ ​Whiteboards
ii. 2​ ​Whiteboard​ ​Markers
b. Mechanics
i. Players​ ​are​ ​divided​ ​into​ ​two​ ​teams.​ ​The​ ​host​ ​will​ ​give​ ​out​ ​a​ ​Filipino​ ​riddle
to​ ​solve.​ ​The​ ​first​ ​team​ ​to​ ​answer​ ​the​ ​riddle​ ​and​ ​write​ ​it​ ​on​ ​the​ ​whiteboard
gets​ ​a​ ​point.​ ​The​ ​team​ ​with​ ​the​ ​most​ ​points​ ​wins​ ​the​ ​game.
