TALENT SEARCH PROGRAM

Objectives of talent search competition:-
1) To nurture the intrinsic qualities of students and remove the fear of stage.
2) To bring out the hidden talents amongst the students.
3) To locate the potential talent of the budding artists for upcoming youth
festivals.
4) To develop creativity, personal integrity and self-confidence and stage
courage.
5) To train and guide students to excel and develop a spirit of such competition.

Life is a challenge and education enables us to face the challenges of life with
grit and determination, keeping this in mind “GURUKRUPA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION
AND RESEARCH” organized the “TALENT SEARCH PROGRAME” on 11th November
2017 for B.Ed and M.Ed students to encourage the students to come forward and
show their talents.
Dr. Nitin Gadhe and Dr. vidyulata Kolhe stress on the overall development
of the students and highlighted that the college always seeks to strike to balance
between academic and co-curricular activities of the students. They also advised the
students to lay stress on dedication and discipline and polish their talent.
Talent search program is an event which gives a platform to students to
represent their talents in any field. All B.Ed and M.Ed students were participated
enthusiastically in this event and displayed their abilities magnificently. Total 55 to
60 students were participated in this program. Every person has some talent. The
students were performed variety of program. Their hidden talent included cooking,
Rangoli making, singing, poetry making, some are good in communication, some are
interested writing, some are like to listen good music etc. and all the students did
great job. All B.Ed and M.Ed students have performed and they really enjoyed the
performances very much.
