Heather’s Finds will ONLY go to thrift stores, Goodwill stores, and the Salvation Army to purchase items requested.
Heather’s Finds will only by used items that are in good condition. This includes no items with stains, tears, or
broken/missing pieces. Furniture that is purchased over $10 must be approved by the client prior to purchase
either by e-mail or text. Heather’s Finds does not buy furniture that requires heavy lifting (over 50 lbs.) or is too
large to fit in the back of a minivan. Heather’s Finds does not hang pictures or any other wall hangings in a
client’s home. Pictures and wall hangings will be leaned against the wall that is deemed appropriate.

A non-refundable acquisition fee of $50 is required prior to purchasing items. The $50 is only used to acquire
home décor items. If more than $50 is spent on home décor items, the client will pay Heather’s Finds in full when
the items are delivered. If less than $50 is spent on home décor items, Heather’s Finds will put the remaining
balance towards the delivery charge of $25. (FOR EXAMPLE: Heather’s Finds spends only $20 of the $50 fee. You
would not have to pay for delivery, and would receive $5 of the original fee) A nonrefundable fee of $25 is
required at the time of the home visit, in which, Heather’s Finds will come to your home and develop an individual
design plan for the room(s) you are interested in decorating. During this visit, the client must fill out the attached
questionnaire in order to better serve the client.

Heather’s Finds will provide you with a receipt of all purchases prior to the fee of a quarter of the purchase price
and the purchase price is paid in full. (FOR EXAMPLE: YOU BUY A VASE FOR $5, YOU PAY HEATHER’S FINDS $1.25)
Heather’s Finds will only deliver your items until their entire fee (including Heather’s Find’s finder’s fee of a quarter
of the purchase price) is paid in full and the client has seen the items, and has accepted the items via e-mail or
text. Heather’s Finds will deliver the items to the client’s home for a fee of $25 after setting up a mutually agreed
upon time in which the client is home and able to approve acquired items. The $25 delivery fee must be paid at
the time of delivery and prior to unloading items. If the client is not available for delivery within 7 days after the
purchase and approval of home décor items, Heather’s Finds will return items.

Heather’s Finds will decorate the client’s home for NO ADDITIONAL FEE!!

If more than $50 is spent on a client’s home décor at the store, they will provide the additional funds after being
presented with the receipt of items, and after viewing the items via e-mail or text. Items will not be delivered until
Heather’s Finds is paid in full. If a client fails to pay for all items they approved via e-mail or text, all of the items
will be returned within 7 days to the various stores they were purchased from. YOU HAVE SEVEN DAYS AFTER
APPROVAL TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS OR THEY WILL BE RETURNED!!
