Go to the FILE tab menu in your Outlook, Select Open & Export on the left, and click Import /
Export.

2. Select “Export to a file”, and then click Next


3. Select Outlook Data File (.pst)

4. Select your main mailbox, tick Include Subfolders then hit Next.
5. Select Browse and specify a folder where you wish to place the file and indicate a filename. Tick
the second option for duplicates then hit Finish.
