Teacher’s note
- Without looking at the questions, ask students to think of things a school
secretary and a parent might discuss.
If they find this concept a bit alien, put a mixture of topics on the board and let
them suggest which ones might be appropriate and which ones not.
If you are teaching students who were not exposed in their shooling to such trips,
you might like to do a small brainstorming exercise on what they think such trips
include and their purpose.
A school secretary takes care of administrative details, schedules appointments
and handles school communication.
