INSPECTION: THE SELLER GUARANTEES THAT EACH DELIVER OF PRODUCT SHALL BE PROVIDED
WITH AN INSPECTION CERTIFICATE OF WEIGHT AND QUALITY ISSUED AT TIME OF SHIPMENT
LOADING (AT THE SELLER EXPENSE) AND AT TIME OF UNLOADING AT DISCHARGE PORT (AT THE
BUYER EXPENSE) AS BINDING FOR THE PAYMENT AND SUCH CERTIFICATE SHALL BE PROVIDED BY
SOCIETY GENERAL DE SURVEILLANCE (SGS).

PACKING: Multiply paper bags 25 or 50 kgs - palletized

MINIMUM ORDER: 250 MT SPOT or CONTRACT

CONTAINER LOAD: 20ft (21 MT APROX)

CERTIFICATES

EUR 1 (All our Milks have the EUR 1 certificate, which means that our oil meets the standards
that the EU needs to market it, with all the bureaucratic effects, taxes, marketing as if it were
European.

PHYTOSANITARY (our Milks meet phytosanitary controls required by the International Chamber
of Commerce.

HALAL (all Milks have this certificate which states that comply with regulations that require
Islamic countries)

KOSHER (Our Milks also comply with the regulations required by Jewish religious beliefs and are
the only products that can enter those countries.)
MILKS SPECIFICATIONS
 BUSINESS PROCEDURES

1. Buyer sends ICPO, to ACCA ENTERPRISE via. Joel Duarte, Juan Rodríguez & Buyer Group

2. Seller send FCO

3. Buyer send FCO Signed and Sealed

3. Seller send draft contract for buyer review, then buyer send back signed with BCL from bank
letter, then Final Contract will be issued whit Invoice.

5. In 5 business days the financial instrument is issued (DLC / RDLC)

6. Between 5 to 10 business days, bank to bank confirm the partial POP

7. Start loading and shipping based in contract signed and approved by seller and buyer

8. Payment at arrival of the goods in destination port after SGS verification and certification
