1. What does the entity do to their day to day operations as observed?

The entity does their day to day operations by their processing of goods. From
ordering the goods, to processing it in order to produce the finished goods which is the
boneless bangus. The entity has the process from counting the bangus to splitting to
washing to counting distribution to deboning to final cleansing to soaking to blending &
flavoring to packing and finally to delivering.

2. Who are the people involved in the operations of the business?

The people involved in the operations are the manager who often checks each
process department and the laborers, the washers, splitters, deboners, the people in the
blending section and the repackers.

3. What do you think is the competitive advantage of the entity?

In accordance with our observation, the competitive advantage of the entity is the
well-organized distribution of labor and the process of which the goods are prepared.

4. What problem/s did you observed that the entity is facing?

The common problem that the entity is facing is the lack of supply due to the
cold weather, the bangus are growing slowly.

5. How does the entity manage their operations to give satisfaction of their customers?

The entity manages their operations in satisfying the customers by maintaining


the quality and quantity control conducted by the inspectors. They also make sure that the
goods are delivered on time to their customers.

6. What can you suggest to the entity to improve their operations?

We can suggest that the entity should plan on acquiring their own suppliers in
order for them not to have any problems regarding the supplies. Aside from that, there are
no other things to improve. The entity is well organized.
