Directions: Use the information you learned about Andrew Jackson to evaluate his impact
on American society. (Refer to Chapter 12 in your

textbook.) Create a “hero’s” side for Jackson that emphasizes his positive contributions to
American democracy/society, and a “Wanted” side that shows his negative impact on
American democracy/society. Make sure you include:
 Glue the two pictures of Jackson into your INB.
 Two complete sentences stating why Jackson should be praised (on the “Hero’s”
side)
 Two complete sentences stating why Jackson should be condemned (on the
“Wanted” side)
 A six to seven sentence paragraph answer to the following question: In your opinion,
was Andrew Jackson more of a hero or villain?
