Law Office
Law Office
Fronda
I don’t have much money yet! Initially, I will be employing only one staff to
do all the errands and non-complicated office activities. Such as, cleaning the
office, fixing the office files, receiving clients, etc. When financial stability comes,
I will employ an additional one or two paralegal who could help me with
research.
CAPITAL P 300,000.00
OFFICE STRUCTURE
Upon entrance, there will be chairs for visitors/ clients, with a center table with
magazines and newspapers. A TV set will also be installed, in order not to bore the
clients while waiting.
Beside will be the Staff table. I shall be training my staff on how to accommodate
the clients, the proper way to make and return calls, and to make an initial
interview of clients before they are referred to me.
One computer set will be placed beside her table. I will make an electronic ledger
of my clients’ information with their corresponding cases. I will also let him/her
minor paper works, and monitor e-mails.
Steel cabinets will be behind the Staff Table, where the cases will be organized
according to their nature (Criminal, Civil and Administrative), and according to
their status (Initiated in RTC/MTC, on petition, under review, or under appeal).
My staff shall operate the Xerox machine. The machine will be necessary in order
to save expenses for photocopies, considering that a lot of copies are required
for pleading and other papers.
The hanging cabinet will serve as a storage space for office supplies like bond
papers, folders, envelopes, paper clips, pens, staples, inks, coffee and food
supplies.
Coffee will be served free for clients! And that’s why I am buying a water
dispenser.
I will be having a separate cubicle. There I will be installing one big book rack to
serve as my mini- library for law books. I will be working with my own laptop. In my
table would be one laptop, a pen holder, a planner (I will be personally managing
my schedules and my deadlines to avoid delays, and to be more efficient), and
calling cards- to have an impression of professionalism!
I will make sure my cubicle is sound- proof because I will be talking here with my
clients!
EXPECTED INCOME: P100, 000.00 gross income every month would be very high
on the first months/ year of my practice. When income flows in, I will be having a
Car Loan, too.
