This is promissory note Between Mr. xyzchaurasiya and Mr. Shyam yadav.

A. Mr shyam yadav has given me 500000+100000 Rs in the month of December-2015

in return I have given him my 3 chques. And xyz chaurasiya promise him to provide him
his 500000+100000 Rs in following Terms.

1. I would provide him any amount in between 200000-300000/- as per my capacity by

30th june2018,

2. The rest of his balance money would like to provide him in another 6 month by
December,2018.

3. If I fail to provide him his money in above time period then Mr.Shyam yadav will give
me reasonable time maximum another 6 month as per his decision.

4. This is mutual promissory note between Me and Mr. Shyam and he is agree that he will
not file any case in court of law for this matter until this time period overs
