PROMISSORY NOTE

P1,000,000.00

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay without need of demand to the

order of JASSEY JANE O. MONTEBON at her residential address at Unit
22, Martinez Compound, Escario, Cebu City, Philippines, the principal
amount of PESOS: One Million (P1,000,000.00), on or before 4th day of
February 2017.

In addition to the foregoing, I promise to pay monthly interest at the rate

five percent (5%), without need of demand, starting from the month of
December 2016 until this note is fully paid.
