 INTERNSHIP PROPOSAL

I. Background of Internship
As a final year student of University xxx, majoring in xxx, it is required to make
an internship in company that support to my field of study. This internship is
compulsory for university student in the last grade and It will take X month.
The purpose is to implement the lessons I’ve been learned during my study in
university and also to explore my skill. Through this internship especially in the
well established institution like Bank Indonesia, I hope it will be beneficial for me
as a first step to build my career in the future.

II. Visions and Missions

Visions:
 Be the part of Bank of Indonesia’s team in the future
 Becoming an agent of change, a young generation who will strive to bring
a positive change in term of monetary policies in Indonesia
 As a student of University of xxx, by this internship I will prove it that I can
do as good as another university students.

Missions:

 Completing my internship with a good grade and good impressions

 Fulfilling my tasks during internship well
 Getting experience as much as I can from the professionals and senior
mentors in Bank of Indonesia
III. Objectives
The main objective I wish to achieve during my internship is learning. During
my study in university, I learned many things in class and textbooks. In fact, the
real situation is not always the same as it is stated in class or textbooks. I am very
passionate to feel the real working environment so that I can experience myself
the challenges and obstacles that might happen in real life. Currently I study in
university, which I believe will add more value on my capabilities. I learn not only
accounting but also general finance.
Through the internship, I hope I could find my specialization and able to decide
which field I wish to choose for my career path. Last but not least, I hope this
internship will increase my skills and experience and becoming the first step before
I jump into the real career world.

IV. Duration and Internship Availability

The University stated that duration of internship is at least one month
excluding report submission. The internship is available started on February 2011.
