MEETING STARTED AT 11:30 AM AND THE FOLLOWING WERE DISCUSSED:

ITEMS MATTERS DISCUSSED ACTION TAKEN

1.0 DURING MEETING
1.1 Removal of the proposed plant box in between Contractor will add the cost for
the grand steps to form a full width staircase on extended stairs and deduct the cost
New Panaderos Street of the materials unused for the plant
box, this is to be submitted to TIEZA
1.2 Removal of existing plant box in between the Contractor will comply and add the
staircase on Calderon Street cost
1.3 Maintain Standard dimension of riser steps Contractor will comply
