Personal Statement:

I’m a hardworking and motivated individual who is happy to carry out any task big or small. I’m confident in
working with others or by myself, and am not afraid to ask questions to ensure that I carry out tasks as effectively
as possible. I’m capable of thinking for myself and thinking ahead to overcome problems/situations that may arise.
Due to my previous employment I’m comfortable with working overtime and I’m conscious of the importance of
Health and Safety and listening to instructions to prevent avoidable accidents.

19/04/2016 – 21/07/2017: Part Time (Three Days A Week)

While working here I helped on all aspects of the farm; including working with the cattle, working on the arable
side of the farm, working within the birdseed packaging facility and whenever needed I helped out with the other
business based on the farm .One of my main jobs was the mixing and bagging in our bird seed facility. This involved
communicating with our customer to make sure I met deadlines and schedules. I was also responsible for the stock
levels, I made sure that I forecasted what was likely to be requested so that I could order more stock ready,
preventing me from running out and holding up production.

19/04/2016 – Present: Part Time (Two Days A Week)

While working here I’ve helped out with all aspects of the farm. Due to my confidence and understanding of the
job, and the employer’s confidence in my ability to cope, I’ve been left to look after the farm from 2 to 7 days and
carry on normal routine while the employer has been away.
