    LETTER OF INTENT TO MARRY

    To whom it may concern:

    We Petitioners, ______________________ and ________________________, respectfully


    submit this Letter of Intent as our formal request to the Honorable Municipal Trial Court of ____________
    to solemnize marriage.

    In evidence of our intention to marry, we attached herewith together with this Letter of Intent
    the following documents.

    a. Marriage License issued by the Local Civil Registry of __________


    b. Certified True Copy of both our NSO Birth Certificate

    All documents are true, original and unaltered to the best of our knowledge.

    We would like to suggest that date be February 19, 2018.
