    How can I mass update line level information like ship dates?

    Resolution

    Open the sales order.

    Place your cursor on the first line you wish to change as shown.

    Hold down your SHIFT key and then click on the last line you wish to edit. The group of lines will be selected as shown:

    Select Tools > Mass Change

    Mass change allows you to change anything on the selected lines. To change ship date, for example, enter a new requested and promised date as shown and select OK:
