Van Rules
As you all are known that Zaheer Sahib Insisted to us (Ghufran & Shama Jabeen) to
take the responsibilities of a van coordinator, so we have taken responsibilities as
van coordinators, so everyone will have to follow the below mentioned Conduct
and Discipline rules and no one is allowed to avoid these rules.
1. Van will reach on time at every destination and wait only for 2minutes in
case of waiting after that van would pass away from there. Afterwards if
there are any issue, he/she may discuss with van coordinators.
2. If you all are agreed, van will wait for 4minutes at shazra Anum’s stop.
3. As we were voting for drop time then it is decided that van will leave at
5:10 pm as face scan machine’s time.
4. If any colleague don’t go in van at picking time then he/she will inform to
Driver or Coordinator before 15 minutes and maximum 30 minutes of
picking time of his/her destination. If he/ she will not inform to concerned
then van will not pick him/her to next day.
5. If anyone doesn’t reach at drop time then he/she will inform to Driver or
Coordinator before 5 minutes office closed time.
6. In case of emergency or work load, if a colleague wants to stay 20 minutes
or more time then van will decide to mutual understanding that we
should /couldn’t wait for him/her.
7. If driver will be 3 times late for pick / drop time in two weeks then his
amount will be deducted as per day per person charge.
8. If driver takes leave then he will inform to coordinator before 1 hour from
destination of Amjad’s Sahib and evening time do so.
9. Every colleague will pay his/ her van fee within 2days of receiving of their
salary, otherwise next day he/she will not be facilitated.
10. From August 2017 van fee will be 2100/- per person.
11. We have no previous record about amount, we will give calculation sheet
of van fees.
12. Coordinator will take a sign at the time of amount/fee collection.
13. Coordinator will take a sign of a driver at the time of amount and bank
cheque handed over to him.
14. No one will shout for anyone in the van if he/she suffer some problems
from his /her side regarding new rules and regulations and coordinate
with coordinator. He/she can take responsibilities of coordinator if not
considering change as positive, we will not mind.
15. No one will insist from new comer, to take a treat, if he/she wants to give
treat on his/her will then he/she may proceed.
16. No one will insist any person for bringing of food, if he/she want to bring
the food as he/she could do.
17. If any van colleague will leave this van he/she will give notice for one
month before , if said person will not inform to coordinator then said
person will give 50% of his/her van fee .
