Key points learned

1. Bureaucracy is the main obstacle in realization of


irrigation infrastructure.

2. Make sure you have a complete cadaster map for all


areas of works before you start.

3. Find yourself the best local engineering partner you


can find.

4. Careful planning is the key risk mitigation for this


type of projects.
