The principal led the opening prayer and facilitated the meeting. The following were
discussed in the meeting:

1. Highlights of the Execom Meeting


a. Schedule of Activities
Feb. 3 - ARAL gathering will take place in the auditorium. Seminar for
Godmother and Godfather of students who will receive the sacrament of
Confirmation will also be conducted in the classrooms.
Feb. 5-6 – The Snow Maiden will be shown in the auditorium. Viewers will be
coming from other private schools. Mr. Siyangbigay, Mrs. Comendador, Mrs.
Macalalad and Mrs. Buhat will be the usherettes on February 5 while Mrs.
Buenafe, Mrs. Cabatay, Mr. Siyangbigay, Ms. Castillo and Mrs. Medrano are
the scheduled usherettes on February 6.
Feb. 9 – LIDICSA Festival of Teachers, a half-day affair will be attended by all
faculty and staff in Canossa. Half of the P150 registration fee will be
shouldered by the teachers. The faculty club will be asked if they can
shoulder the transportation. If it will not be possible, the transportation fare
will be collected from the teachers. The ones who will be absent will have
deduction in their salary since it is considered a school day. There will be a
celebration of the Holy Mass, raffles, presentations and games. Mrs. Bgaon
will not be around on the said day for she will be attending the Education
Council in Quezon City. Mrs. Abante, Mr. Siyangbigay, Mrs. Lalap, Mrs.
Dimaunahan and Mr. Enriquez will be in-charge of the food.
Feb. 10 – Confirmation of the students will be officiated by Msgr. Fred
Madlangbayan. The confirmation is a CMFO activity. The fee is P425. P300
will be forwarded to the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception. Payment will
be given to the adviser to be forwarded to the CLVE coordinator.
Acknowledgment receipt will be issued.
Feb. 1 will be College Day. The celebration committee must meet for this
purpose. It will be a half-day schedule for the learners. The teachers will have
a wellness session from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Schedule of learners’ dismissal is
as follows: Primary -10:30, Intermediate-11:00, JHS -11:30 and College- 12
noon.
2. Uniform of Learners
A new supplier of cloth will be contacted for the learners’ uniform. The school
will just sell the cloth. No new uniforms for employees will be sewn next year.
Since there are still extra cloth, those who wish to have a new set will definitely
contact Mariemel.

3. Annual physical Check up will be conducted during weekdays. A schedule by grade
level will be made.
4. Health Card will be for all employees.
5. New Car Policy
Old drivers are the priority. New drivers must be presented to the HRMDO. In
Manila-Quezon City area, the driver will be paid P1,000 for 12 hours. This includes
other errands. Additional P50 will be given every hour after 12 hours. For near
driving, P500 will be the driver’s fee for 6 hours with additional P50 for every
exceeding hour. P250 will be allotted for driver’s meal. Night driving, 7PM onwards,
is P1,200. No payment for trips cancelled two days before or with replacement. The
car must be kept clean. RFID must be P1,000 and the car must be full-tanked. The
driver needs to sign a voucher. The car must be washed if it a Divisoria trip.
6. Projections for next school year
The principal asked the team of their perceptions on the organizational structure.
She mentioned that there will be one head for the offices. The elementary and JHS
will have separate prefect of discipline. The possibility of having one SAP with an
assistant which will not receive an honorarium was raised by the principal. The
subject area coordinators were also asked about having one coordinator for
elementary and JHS. Since no one gave a definite answer the principal told them to
study themselves and to write their suggestions and discovery. For term-enders,
consultation meetings will be conducted. The principal said that definitely by next
there will be changes.
