o If you have chosen a comic, please include quotation marks in the speech
bubbles “ ” and proper punctuation.

o Use of speaker tags and “” quotation marks. Remember 66 at the beginning of
the sentence and 99 at the end of the sentence.
o Use of proper punctuation. Capital letters at beginning of sentences, . ? ! “”
o When different person is speaking start a paragraph or line.
o Characteristics of humorous stories - unique premise or starting point - clues that
there is a twist coming- funny or unique personality of the main character- weird
or funny plot- a surprise or unpredictable ending.

class. You are the movie reviewer.

o The reviewer’s attitude and opinions are shown throughout the review.
o Word choice should reflect the reviewer’s tone and attitude.
