CHECKLIST ON APPLICATION FOR THE PRACTICE OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING EXAMINATION

I have applied for PPE before and met the required years of practical experience. I hereby submit the documents
below:

1) Signed copy of online application form with Passport-sized photograph or embedded with photo image.
PEB reserved the right not to accept your submission if the photo image is not taken against white
background and not properly exposed with shadows

2) Copy of e-receipt for application fee of S$450

3) Copy of email from PEB on acknowledgement of application

I have not applied for PPE before. I hereby submit all required documents in the following order, together with
the ORIGINAL copies for your verification.

1) Signed copy of online application form with Passport-sized photograph or embedded with photo image.
PEB reserved the right not to accept your submission if the photo image is not taken against white
background and not properly exposed with shadows

2) Summary of postgraduate professional experience obtained after obtaining approved qualification

accepted for FEE

At least 2 years 6 months (in aggregate) of practical experience in the relevant branch of engineering
after obtaining approved qualifications accepted in FEE

Verified by PE supervision (Name/signature/PE stamp) OR

Employer (Name/designation/company stamp)

3) Copy of FEE result notification

4) Copy of e-receipt for application fee of S$450

5) Copy of email from PEB on acknowledgement of application
