THE TAGLINE

Despite of the current social issues that we, Filipinos,


are experiencing, this will serve as an avenue for
Lasallians to awaken their consciousness to go
back to their roots of being Filipino.
WHY PHILIPPINES?

We are fighting for something more meaningful that


not only impact Lasallians but also can impact the
lives for its betterment of our fellow Filipino people.

PILEAPINAS 2018 CLASSES
Classes that involve learning are highly encouraged.

Classes that recognize the Filipinos who excel and


contributed their knowledge, talents and experiences in
various fields, such as Arts, Business, Economics, and
Science and Technology.

Classes that aim to advance the lives of Filipinos through


service-driven initiatives that are sustainable.
PILEAPINAS 2018 CLASSES

Classes that highlight the culture, beliefs, values, and


traditions in the Philippines.

Classes that also highlight the current social issues in the


Philippines.

For off-campus activities, make sure that the class head/s


would be able to explain the relevance of the activity or
the location to the Philippines and/or Filipino culture.

WHO CAN PROVIDE LEAP CLASSES?

CSO Organizations, USG Units, Special Groups* &


Other Groups who are willing to offer LEAP classes to
the Lasallian Community

* Special Groups: CAO, SMO, LSPO, OSD, etc.


FAQs
MINIMUM OF HOW MANY STUDENTS PER CLASS?

Minimum of 15 students.
Classes that do not reach 10 participants will be
dissolved.

HOW MANY STUDENTS SHOULD BE
ACCOMODATED?

For CSO Organizations and USG Units, the required


number of students to be accommodated per org/unit is
150 students.

HOW MANY CLASSES SHOULD BE ALIGNED WITH
THE THEME?

There must be at least 1 (one) Filipino class per


org/unit/group.

HOW LONG SHOULD THE CLASSES BE?

The minimum number of hours per class is 1 (one)


hour, no maximum.

“Operations” should have an APPROVED status in the

- All the details must be consistent with the ones
indicated in the A-Form.
- Do not forget to indicate the Reference

- Registration must be included in both
on-campus and off-campus activities.
- Clean-Up for on-campus activities only.
- BOTH MUST BE OUTSIDE OF THE ACTIVITY

- If not applicable, put N/A in all empty

- Total expenses should match or be
less than the declared activity budget.

fundraising activities are not allowed.

IX. PROVISION FOR PROFIT AND LOSS


- One signatory must be higher than the
other.
- Both AVPs are not allowed.
- Both VPs are allowed.
- For USG, replace “Faculty Adviser”
with “USG Treasurer”.

If approved, “Approved” status will appear.

For SLIFE processed activities:


If pre-acts has no error, the Activity Screening team will forward the
documents to SLIFE, thus “Forwarded to SLIFE”.
REMINDERS ON SLIFE
APPROVED CLASSES
If the status of your pre-acts has been changed
to “Forwarded to SLIFE”, the AS team will be
in-charge of passing and collecting the pre-acts
to/from SLIFE.

Your pre-acts will be ready for claiming if the


status of your class have been changed to
“Approved” or “Pending”.
