Safest Certification process of educational documents

Step 1: Certify it from the education board you belong to. In Dhaka education board it costs
officially 400 taka to certify your original educational certificates along with photocopies. It
takes 3 working days. Grab a mama or pion to make the process faster if you want.

Step 2: Certify it from educational ministry. After all documents had been certified by the
education board, please go to the secretariat in Dhaka at counter no 9 and gave your educational
documents. When they will see that this document is already certified by the education board,
they, the education ministry will also certify the original certificates and the photocopies as well.

Step 3: Certify it from foreign ministry. Once you are done with above two certifications,
submit your educational documents at foreign ministry before lunch and collect the documents at
5 pm from there with their seal on both original and photocopies.

If you go through this process and certify your documents from these 3 three sources, your
documents are certified from the most secured sources of Bangladesh and no university or
country can ask about the authenticity of your documents.

Still if you are not sure, then please certify your educational documents from a notary public or
university REGISTRAR not from any faculty.
