seluruh warga sekolah ke arah mencapai kecemerlangan. Perancangan anda hendaklah
berdasarkan salah satu teori kepimpinan yang anda pilih.

As a school headmaster, create a plan for the improvement to excel in the school.

Using Transformational Theory, as the headmaster, I will create a plan based on these:

 Be a model of integrity and fairness.

 Sets clear goals.

 Have high expectations.

 Encourages others.

 Provides support and recognition.

 Stirs the emotions of teachers and staffs to perform better.

 Gets school staffs to look beyond their self-interest.

 Inspires teachers to reach for the improbable.

Leadership is divided into four namely natural leadership, charismatic, bureaucratical and
distributed. State three personality traits possessed by a charismatic leader and elaborate
based on your own views.

- High self-confidence: leaders possess high level of confidence to face any situations
or handle any problems.

- The need to influence others: charismatic leaders will always be assertive in giving
opinions that will make pupils to follow it without any questions.

- Oriented creativity and innovation: charismatic leaders have creativity and a mind
that always wants new changes for the pupils. They will create or adapt any
innovation to benefit pupils.

- Nurturing, thoughtful and sensitive: charismatic teacher will always have a nurturing
character where they try to build pupil’s confidence and character by being thoughtful
and sensitive to their needs. They try to help the pupils to feel good and want to
improve in their studies.
