Good afternoon pupils,

Today is another happiest day in my teaching career. As you all know, this morning
was our UPSR result announcement. All of us were at the hall with our headmistress,
Madam Sabrina. She announced that our UPSR was much better than last year. I’m
so satisfied to know that. I’m sure you are, as well.
Do you know that our class had performed the best? Almost all of you did
excellently in your UPSR. Half of the class were able to get straight As. Of course, it
was all due to your hard work. Keep it up! Indeed, I hope your brothers and sisters in
Year Four and Year Five would do their best too just like you all. I believe, if all of
them study hard and use the proper answering technique in examinations, they too
can succeed with flying colours.
As a reward for all of you, I shall take you to KFC this Saturday. I hope this is
a good news for you. I’ll inform you later about the time and place.
As my final word, I hope all of you keep on studying hard especially when you
are in secondary school. Take note that lessons in secondary school are much harder
than the primary school. Thank you.
