SPEECH CONTEST

RULES

1. Each participant has to give a speech based on the theme that has been selected by the committee.
2. Each participant has 7 minutes to present their speech. Before the speech begins, we will show you the green flag signal for starting the speech.
And when the participant presents their speech for 5th minutes, the participant will get the blue flag signal. And when the speech for the 7th
minutes, the participants will get the red flag signal and can not continue the speech. If the participant presents the speech less than 4 minutes 30
second and more than 7 minutes, the participant will get a penalty by decreasing 10 points.
3. Each participant should wear proper clothes. No T-shirts, shorts, miniskirts, and slippers are allowed during the competition.
4. The participant must come to competition area with the cutom, because we don’t provide the room for ……
5. Each school may only send two persons.
6. The participant is not allowed to use the text of speech.
7. If the participant is not at a place when the MC called until 3 times, the participant will be at the last performer and if the participant does not come
until the last performance, the participant will be disqualified.
8. The criteria of score
Performance : 15 points
Pronounciation : 20 points
Fluency : 30 points
Intonation : 15 points
Content : 10 points
Time : 10 points
