Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

Security is the most important, because it is synonymous with trust, as long

as you believe in yourself, goals and objectives are achieved.

The challenge is an important motivation, since to overcome the obstacles it

is important to be motivated, in this way they will be overcome in good
shape.

Independence has been very important for me since it allows me to make my

own decisions and take the risks that arise.

The interest is undoubtedly the engine to perform any activity.

The variety is a good incentive to avoid falling into monotony.

Relationships allow me to make friends with like-minded people, and gives
me the opportunity to learn new ways of thinking and acting.

The competition is the source of personal improvement in my case.

Working hard and seeing the results on a day-to-day basis is a source of

pride and perseverance.

The recognition of people is a reward that makes me think that all the effort
put into my activities was not in vain.

Money is a motivation, although less important than the others, it is

important to have the necessary stability to be able to realize my goals in the
future.
