1. What are the salient provisions of this Act?

Article I which is about the General Provisions, and Article IV which is about Practice. These for
me is the most important of the act because it is basically the representation of the typical Electronics
Engineers and Technicians community.

2. Do you think this Act helps to promote the development of the ECE profession?

Yes, because as what I’ve said, this is what represents the ECE community, therefore as a citizen
with this profession, if you follow this provision, you are the image of this community.

3. What are the benefits that an ECE will gain from this law?

This law divides the ECE profession to subsections which leads to a much defined work
regardless of your chosen career. This also grants the community of ECE a well earned title of what
they worked for.

4. Are there any negative implications in this Act as far as the ECE profession is concerned?

None.

5. How would you assess the impact of this law to your future career? to the national economy? as a
citizen of the Philippines.? to your family? as a student?

I think that as a student, who aims for a successful profession in the field of electronics
engineering, this will help me to gain more knowledge of my career and to establish myself under real
circumstances. I would be able to inculcate the knowledge I've earned and apply the values and lessons
towards my family which I think would be of great help to their future problems. As a citizen of the
Philippines and for the benefit of the national economy, we are obligated to be of use for the progress
of our national economy especially our country. That is why I believe that through understanding this
law, I would be able to utilize my utmost capabilities for the development of the national economy and
most of all for the benefit of my country. And lastly, how I treat my profession is how I am towards my
family;which is love and loyal.
