CONCLUSION

In conclusion it can be seen that Western Coalfields


Limited is referred as high end company with a
competitive brand image.
Western Coalfields enjoys being the leader of coal
supplies in western region of India and the trust and
loyalty and supremacy that it has created in its history.
WCL has a monopoly in Coal supplies. There are no
threat of competitors currently. But the future is unseen
and there can be possibilities of other companies coming
up in future and create a cut-throat competition for WCL.
Hence, it becomes necessary for the Western Coalfields to
gain competitive advantage of its monopoly and start
generating ideas as to how to increase the trust and loyalty
with its customers and maintain their relation.
Marketing activities should be initiated so that the future
problems can be eradicated before even they are born.
