EMPTY STOMACH AND MINIMAL CLOTHES ON. WEIGH YOURSELF AFTER YOU
HAVE GONE TO THE TOILET AND BEFORE YOU TAKE A SHOWER. FILL UP YOUR
DAILY WEIGHING IN THE TABLE BELOW.
