Daily Activity Log:
- I feel really motivated to do things, especially my schoolworks. I didn’t get to exercise
more, but I still felt really active.
Food & Hunger Journal:
- A moment when I was hungry I just slept it through, and when I was tired I just ate
something light.
Progress Log:
- My progress I believe is going great, again, I don’t mind that my weight hasn’t changed
at all.
Rest Log:
- I had one day that I felt tired but I just did my school works and just slept it off after
dinner.
