Activity 3: How I Manage My Stress?
CAUSE OF STRESS HOW I MANAGE MY STRESS
1. School works I try to do my task as early as possible to have the entire week. 2. Academic I always worry about the consequences that will affect my grades if I didn’t do well. So I always try my best not to cry and think positive. 3. Lack of sleep I always try to fix my sleeping schedule since I sleep late due to my activities whenever I don’t have anything else to do. 4. Expectations I expect to do everything right all the time, so what I do is remembering the saying “nobody’s perfect.” 5. Overthinking I try not to consider what can turn out severely, yet what can go right. and distracting myself into happiness.
