Describe your personal learning goal for this activity. My personal learning goal for the students is for
them to use technology and use visual methods to understand subtracting negative numbers.
Importance of technology: Using interactive whiteboards provides a modality to reach the needs of all
students. Information can be displayed in a variety of ways to assist students who learn in a variety of
different ways. Without this technology, some students may not have the same opportunity to learn in the
ways that they need.
Reflection: From this experience, I learned that it important to incorporate technology into the classroom to
meet the needs of students and promote student-led learning.
