The Job: Case manager


You’ll make a positive, tangible difference in the lives
of workers injured in B.C. Working collaboratively with
injured workers, employers, and a team of
professionals, you’ll build trusting relationships,
adjudicate claims, and design and implement recovery
and return-to-work plans.

We’re looking for people who can:
•• Show caring and compassion while building
successful relationships, developing effective
recovery and return-to-work plans, and providing
quality adjudication
•• Apply law and policy to make decisions that address
benefit, medical management, and employability issues
•• Analyze and evaluate complicated information from
multiple perspectives and implement lawful and
objective decisions
•• Accurately record and explain detailed and complex
information
•• Manage a varied and complex caseload with input
from team members on medical, psychological,
physical, and financial issues
•• Apply knowledge of adjudication and workplace
disability principles and practices

Your background and experience:


•• An undergraduate degree
•• A minimum of three years of adjudication experience
•• Disability management experience is helpful, but
not required
•• An equivalent combination of education and
