Enter Transaction LSMW

Enter the above Fields and Click on “ Execute” or F8 button.

Execute Step-1

Make into Change mode.

Select “ Batch Input Recording” Option and from Menu Bar, Go To Recording Overview
On the follow-on screen, select “Create” and enter the Recording Name and description.
You’ll get the following Sub- Screen. Here enter the T-Code to be Recorded.

Then start Recording the Transaction with the Key- Board only. Do not use Mouse during Recording.

After Recording, in the following screen, select “ Default All”

Then from Menu bar---System— list ----save --- local file and choose “Spread Sheet”

Save on desktop and covert the file into Tab-Delimited. Come back and select Recording and drop down.
Automatically record name displayes.
Save and come back.

Execute second step

Create a Source Structure:

Save and come back.

Execute Third step:

Goto change mode, Select “Copy Fields”

Browse the file on desktop and save

Come back to 4th step.

Goto change mode and save it.

Come back to 5th step

In this step, choose ZREC1, menu bar—Extras—Auto field mapping

Accept proposal for all fields of the file.
Save and Come to 7th step

Specify files:

Select Legacy Data On the PC (front end)

Select the following parameters.

Save.

Come to 8th step

Goto Change mode and save and come back to 9th step
Execute

Come to 10th step

Display Read Data:

Complete 11th and 12 steps

In 13th Step execute and execute.

14th Run

Select the line and choose “process”
