This is the image I will be using for the front cover of my regional magazine.

I used the magnetic lasso tool to get rid of the background of the image. I used this tool as I
could accurately point out which areas I wanted to get rid of without affecting the image.
I got rid of background of the image.

I used the eraser tool to get rid of any certain areas of the background that were still in the
image. I used this tool as I could edit the sharpness/hardness of the eraser so I could make it
smooth around the edges.
I used the feather tool to make my image clear. Using this meant any blur around the edges
was reduced so it made the quality of the image higher.
