3 Tender the Transportation Planning and Execution: Shipment Management>>

Search Shipment
Select Shipment>Actions>Tender>Secure Resources
Query Shipment: Observe Status: SECURE_RESOURCES_TENDERED

4 Accept Tender Transportation Planning and Execution: Shipment Management>>


Buy Shipments

Search Shipment
Select Shipment>Actions>Tender>Accept Tender
Query Shipment: Observe Status: SECURE_RESOURCES_ACCEPTED

5 Create an Invoice Transportation Planning and Execution: Shipment Management>>

Search Shipment
Select Shipment>Actions>Settlement>>Create Invoice
Basic Troubleshooting
Log File would need to be reviewed to debug issues where Order Releases are not getting
planned on to Shipments. Please refer Metalink Note: 387267.1 which explains the
appropriate logging parameters that needs to be enabled and also the log generation.
