Fees and Payment Schedule

Before School Fees


1 Child $50.00 per cycle 2 children $95.00 per cycle
No part time fee

After School Fees (per cycle)


1 child 5 days a week $165 2 children $314

There will be a $25.00 drop-in fee. This fee must be


prepaid and your child must be registered prior to the drop-
in. Drop-ins need to be scheduled in advance.

Your payment is due before your child attends the program.

Cycle 2 Sept. 11th Sept. 12th – Oct. 7th
Cycle 3 Oct. 7th Oct. 8th – Nov. 1st
Cycle 4 Nov. 1st Nov. 4th – Dec. 3rd
Cycle 5 Dec. 3rd Dec. 4th – Jan. 13th
Cycle 6 Jan. 13th Jan. 14th – Feb. 5th
Cycle 7 Feb. 5th Feb. 10th – March 6th
Cycle 8 March 6th March 7th – April 2nd
Cycle 9 April 2nd April 9th – May 2nd
Cycle 10 May 2nd May 5th – May 30th
Payment of Fees: All fees are to be paid in full on
or before the due date. This date will always be the last day
of the previous cycle. Please refer to the payment dates
listed below. Fees must be paid by check or money order.
We will not accept counter checks, cash, credit or debit
cards. Checks or Money orders should be made to EDEP
and must include your phone number, child/children name,
grade and days attending.

Late Payments: A $20.00 late fee will be added for


all payments received after the due date.
All payments must be received before a child may attend
the first day of the payment cycle. If your cycle payment
has not been received in full by the due date, you are
required to pay a $25.00 per day drop-in fee until the full
payment and the $20.00 late fee are received.
