Tuition Schedule 2022-2023

Registration Processing Fees for Preschool:

The annual registration fee is $75; $25 of the registration fee will be available to you as a voucher if you pay your first
tuition and submit the required paperwork by August 1. You will receive the voucher at the parent meeting on the first day
of school.
Tuition and Payment Schedule:
Tuition includes materials for daily activities, in-house field trips, special projects, and the bus for off campus field trips.

Monthly: Our expenses are figured on a per day basis. The monthly payment is the total divided by 9 months. Some
months have more school days than others, but the same payment each month helps with bookkeeping. The first monthly
payment is due August 1st. Next payment is due on the 15th of each month September through April, unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Annual: The annual payment is due by August 1st.
Make-up Days: Because of the need to keep the teacher/pupil ratio correct, there will be no make-up days. There will
be no credit or refund given if a child is absent because of a brief illness or vacation. There will be no make-up days or
refunds for days cancelled due to inclement weather or other emergency situations.
Long-Term Absences: We request advanced notice if your child will be absent for a month or longer. In order to hold
your child’s spot during a planned long-term absence we require you to pay half of your regular payment for the months
your child will be gone. If you choose not to hold your child’s spot, we reserve the right to open the spot for a new
student.
Late Pick-up Fee: A late pick- up fee will be assessed for children that are picked up late. The fee will be $15 for the
first 10 minutes and $1 for each additional minute after 10 minutes. Children will receive a letter the following school day
after they have been picked up late. Late fees must be paid in cash as they will go directly to the teachers that stayed late.
Late Fee: A late fee of $10 will be assessed for late tuition payments. An additional $10.00 fee will be added on the 15 th
of each month that the tuition remains overdue thereafter. A $25 Service Charge will be added for each returned check.
Refunds: In the event a parent must withdraw his or her child, partial tuition will be refunded if written notice was
submitted 30 days in advance of withdrawal.
