Parents/Guardians shall pay fees based on the rates specified
below. Fees will not be adjusted for late arrival, early pickup, or missed days.

Tuition will be calculated monthly for Full-Time. Any holidays will not be
scheduled in the monthly payment.

Part-Time and After Hours will be calculated in person.

Full day (Part-Time) is 3 days or less per week. Additional days will be charged the

full-time rate. After two consecutive weeks, your account will

be updated to full-time status.

Timing and Method of Payment

Tuition is due before "close of business" on the Friday before the week of care.

You will be notified in advance. In addition, if fees are not paid in full and on time

(as soon as you pick your child up) parents/guardians agree to pay 25,000 원 late
fee. If fees are not paid within 10 days, the child(ren) will not be allowed to

attend the facility until payment is received in full.

Payments may be made by cash or bank transfer. All tuition paid is

nonrefundable. *If your child is withdrawn from our program while a balance

remains on their account, he/she cannot return until the balance has been paid

in full.

There is no credit given for vacation, sick days, or emergency closing. We cannot

hold a spot for your child without full payment.

Registration Fee

Parents/Guardians shall pay 20,000 원 per child as an annual registration fee

when this contract is signed. The registration fee is nonrefundable and is not
applied to any fees.

Late Pick-Up Fees

Parents/Guardians agree to pay 1,000 원 for each minute after closing until
pickup. This overtime fee shall be paid with the next scheduled

payment.

Termination of individual/ group "tutoring"

Childcare may be terminated by the parent/guardian only by providing

the childcare with two week advance written notice.

Nature House retains the right to terminate this contract without notice if :

- The child(ren)’s behavior is destructive, uncontrollable, violent, or threatening

to the other children or providers at the care facility. This determination is
made in the sole discretion of the provider.
- A parent’s/guardian’s behavior is threatening or abusive to the other
children or providers at the care facility.
- Fees are two weeks or more delinquent.
*All terminations of this type can be made effective immediately. This includes
non-compliance with the policies and procedures outlined in the handbook.*

Modification of Terms

Nature House shall be entitled to change any of the terms

in this contract, including but not limited to fees, by providing the
parents/guardians with 30 days advance written notice of such changes.

I agree to pay monthly tuition for (Part-Time/Full-Time/After-School for the Morning/Afternoon.

By signing this contract, the undersigned represents that the undersigned

has understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this contract. Breach
of this contract in any way by the parents/guardians may result in immediate
termination of Nature House services.
