Dodol is very popular food from Garut, West Java.

`Dodol durian` is made


of durian, `Dodol sirsak` is made of soursop, `Dodol nangka` is made of jackfruit,
`Dodol jahe` is made of ginger. Coconut milk, glutinous rice flour, sugar, palm,
and salt are mixed in large frying pan. It is cooked with medium heat. It is should
continue stirring until it gets good result. The cooked dodol for 4 hours. Then, The
ripened dodol ready to be appointed. It is served with small pieces.
