How To Make Onde-onde Modification

Onde-onde is a type of cake that is famous in Indonesia. Onde-onde can be found


in traditional markets or at street vendors. Onde-onde is made from fried glutinous
rice flour. The surface is sprinkled with sesame seeds. Our goal in making
procedure text is to make Onde-onde variations of Oreo, Regal, Cheese, and
Chocolate fillings. Here's how to make it
The purpose of this product
 To create new creations and innovate
 To develop regional specialties to make them more attractive.
 Provide an overview to make a simple business

Ingredients Outer:
1. 250 grams of Glutinous rice flour
2. 1 table spoon of Rice flour
3. 4 table spoons of Sugar
4. A little bit of Salt
5. 180-200ml of Boiled water
6. Some Sasames
7. Food coloring

Ingredients inner:
1. Oreo, Regal biscuits, Cheese, and Chocolate
2. Sweet condensed milk
Steps:
First we make the inner of Onde-onde.
Smash Oreos and Regal then add Sweet condensed milk biscuits to
became dough. Put it on a bowl. Grate the cheese and put it in a bowl.

Now we make the outter of Onde-onde


Put 250 grams of Glutinous rice flour in a bowl, then add a tablespoon of
Rice flour, a little bit of Salt, 4 tablespoons of Sugar. Stir it all the way. Add 180-
200ml Boiled water little by little. Knead it until smooth and turn into dough.
Devide the dough into 4 pieces. Add food coloring and knead it all the way

Now we make the Onde-onde


Put a piece of dough and flatten into circle and put the inner Onde-onde on
it. Then roll the dough around the inner Onde-onde. Put the Sasames on a bowl
and put the dough on it. And Onde-onde ready to fry.
Put oil on frying pan and heat it up with low heat. Put the Onde-onde into frying
pan. After the Onde-onde floating, turn up the heat to medium heat. Fry it until
Onde-onde a little hard when we press it. If Onde-onde a little hard then it’s ripe
and ready to be lifted and drained. Onde-onde Modification ready to serve

companies that provide fast food, which is very attractive to the public. With a lot
